A cardiovascular risk screening initiative taking place in community pharmacies in Portugal from 28 September to 4 October, around World Heart Day (29 September). The initiative is developed by the Portuguese Society of Cardiology in partnership with the National Association of Pharmacies (ANF), with the aim of identifying individuals at cardiovascular risk through blood pressure monitoring, lipid profile and HbA1c testing.
