Before Damage is Done: Blood Pressure Screening

A national public awareness campaign supported by the Irish Pharmacy Union (IPU) in partnership with the Irish Heart Foundation, encouraging adults, particularly those over 50, to have their blood pressure checked. 

Community pharmacies are highlighted as accessible locations for blood pressure testing and, in some cases, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, supporting earlier detection and management of hypertension.
