Know Your Numbers – joint campaign of Diabetes Poland and Polish Diabetes Association

For the EU Screening Week, Diabetes Poland is planning a joint campaign with Polish Diabetes Association. 

The aim is to raise awareness on the importance of screening and encourage people to actively participate. This will include information on websites and social media, videos, and posters in hospitals. The campaign will be promoted during 8th Polish Mountain Biking Championship for Cyclists with Diabetes, underlining the importance of integrating healthy lifestyle with regular screening.
