About the meeting
A marketplace workshop show-casing best practices in the field of on digitally-enabled, integrated, person-centered care took place in the premises of the European Commission's Joint Research Centre in Ispra on 12-13 December 2018.
Representatives from EU Member States and other countries participating in the 3rd Health Programme had the opportunity to receive information about best practices coming from EU initiatives and programmes such as the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing, projects financed by the Health Programme and case studies analyzed by the Joint Research Centre.
