Reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes in Europe: early evidence from the JACARDI Joint Action

European Diabetes Forum (EUDF) and the Joint Action on Cardiovascular diseases and Diabetes in Europe (JACARDI) are organising a joint symposium during the Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD). 

The event will showcase JACARDI pilot projects on data, early detection and screening. The session will feature a keynote speech from EU Health Commissioner Olivér Várhelyi on the EU Screening Week and the EU Safe Hearts Plan.
