The Cardiology Department and Cardiac Rehabilitation Team of ULS São João present the “REHABforLIFE – Step by Step for a Healthy Heart” Walk, promoted by APIC – Portuguese Association of Interventional Cardiology, with the support of the Study Group on Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation (GEFERC) of the Portuguese Society of Cardiology. The initiative marks World Heart Day by promoting healthy lifestyles, physical activity and cardiovascular disease prevention.
