4th Open Alcohol and Health Forum, 23 November 2012 in Brussels, highlights multi-stakeholder initiatives to address alcohol-related harm

Brussels, 23 November 2012, 10:00-17:00

The European Alcohol and Health Forum (EAHF) brings together a wide range of stakeholders, from non-governmental organisations to alcoholic beverage producers and retailers, from advertising professionals to medical professionals, to exchange good practice and step up work to reduce alcohol related harm.

The Open Forum is an opportunity for the members to share their experiences and for further stakeholders and interested parties to join in discussion and get in contact with the network.

The programme includes highlights of activities carried out by EAHF members at national or local levels and examples of multi-stakeholder initiatives to address alcohol-related harm. New members will be given the floor to share how alcohol related harm is addressed through their activities and how membership in the alcohol and Health Forum helps towards their objectives.

The Alcohol and Health Forum was set up under the EU strategy to support Members States in reducing alcohol related harm in order to mobilise voluntary action across the society.

Venue: Centre Albert Borschette, 36 rue Froissart, Brussels
