Conference: “Which priorities for a European policy on multimorbidity?”

There are already an estimated 50 million people in the EU suffering from multimorbidity (two or more chronic medical conditions simultaneously). Through interactive sessions, the event invites all stakeholders interested in the management of patients with multiple illnesses to discuss the main elements for a common framework.
