Expert Panel on investing in Health (EXPH) adopts the final opinion on Definition primary care

The opinion on Definition of primary care (with a special emphasis on referral and financing systems) has just been adopted at the 10 July plenary meeting of the EXPH. The opinion was open for comments for eight weeks.
