Description of this webinar

To mark European Mental Health Week 2024, the European Commission, WHO Europe and Mental Health Europe are joining forces to highlight the power of collaboration and co-creation for the implementation of the EU’s comprehensive approach to mental health. 

This webinar aimed to show that we are better together by showcasing policy approaches and a series of projects that boost the understanding, awareness, and acceptance of mental health. We can be more impactful if we involve all members of society, especially those with lived experience, on an equal basis. The examples highlighted how mental health can also be addressed through powerful partnerships with the carer, sports, and technology sectors. 

This was also an occasion to get an update on the delivery of the Commission’s approach to mental health and how it is already starting to deliver on its promises.
