Recording available - EUHPP Live Webinar: 1st webinar - Active Lives Across Generations: Enhancing Well-being Through Innovation and Intervention (26 Septemmber 2024)

This webinar is part of the Thematic Network Beyond Boundaries,' dedicated to promoting an active lifestyle across all generations children, youth, adults, and the elderly. The project emphasizes the importance of an active lifestyle and effective communication strategies to encourage active living. Additionally, it aims to inform about existing interventions that support this goal, including digital tools such as apps and continuous monitoring systems. Several events will also be organized to highlight the significance of staying active.

In this first webinar, PXL introduced the project and discussed the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle for different age groups. Participants learnt about the project's goals and how staying active contributes to well-being across generations. PXL gave a voice to the target groups by allowing them to share their perspectives, including children, youth, adults, and seniors. PXL also offered an initial glimpse into some innovative interventions designed to promote an active lifestyle, which will be explored in more detail in the next webinar.
