MIR PDF 7.3.1 (update 18 July 2025)
New MIR form - mandatory as from 4 months after the date of the publication of the next update of MIR 7.3.1. PDF and related files
- New manufacturer incident report (MIR 7.3.1. PDF form - SB 10573)
The published MIR form is password-protected, so it may be necessary to unlock it for specific purposes (e.g. translating the form, implementing it into in-house systems).
You can request the password for specific authorised uses.
