The Scientific Committee on Health and Environmental Risks (SCHER), the Scientific Committee on Emerging and Newly Identified Health Risks (SCENIHR) and the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) have received a request for a scientific opinion on the toxicity and the assessment of mixtures of chemicals.
In line with its procedures for stakeholder dialogue published in Annex IV of the rules of procedures on 18 December 2009, the European Commission's Health and Consumers Directorate-General is issuing a call for information on this subject.
Scope of the call for information:
Interested parties are invited to submit scientific information (published articles, reports, etc.) that may help the Committee answer the questions listed in the mandate.
Submission of information:
All information should be submitted in electronic form to: Sanco-Sc8-Secretariat AT ec.europa.eu specifying "Mixtures of chemicals - Call for Information" in the subject line of the e-mail.
Please include your contact details, organization, and e-mail address in the text of the message. The full body of your contribution, as well as references should be attached as separate documents to the electronic message.
