Now up for endorsement! The Joint Statements presented by the 2022 Thematic Networks at the EU Health Policy Platform Annual Meeting

The Joint Statements are the culmination of several month’s work, during which the Thematic Networks exchanged ideas and researched their chosen topic. Different stakeholders' organisations presented their work at the EU Health Policy Platform Annual Meeting on 19 April and are now asking for public endorsement of their Joint Statements.

The four Joint Statements are:

1. DisQo anti-discrimination & health equity - by the European Public Health Alliance
2. HIV, Tuberculosis, Viral Hepatitis and Sexually Transmitted Infections by the EU Civil Society Forum
3. Mental Health in All Policies by Mental Health Europe
4. Navigating Health Inequalities in the EU through Artificial Intelligence by Brunel Centre and Health Action International.

Find out more about these initiatives and contact the leaders to endorse any or several of the Joint Statements until 22 May!

The afternoon session of the EU Health Policy Platform Annual Meeting was dedicated to the preliminary results of the study on the Platform, after which onsite and online participants were invited to provide further input, discuss and exchange ideas.

The recording link, presentations, Joint Statements and the flash report are available both in the EU Health Policy Platform (registration required) and on Commission’s public health website.

Last but not least, we would like to thank close to 300 participants (in Luxembourg and online) for their active participation!
