Information about the EU Common Entry Gate (EU-CEG) system and how it works.

Technical information

Technical information to help your company prepare its IT system for EU-CEG submissions (including the data dictionaries and the XML Creator installation file) is regularly shared on CIRCABC, a European Commission-led web-based application.

All relevant documentation is shared in the CIRCABC interest group EUCEG Industry Stakeholders.

NOTE: The documents in the interest group library are publicly available – you do not need prior authorisation to access them.

However, if you want to receive notifications about updates (e.g. when new documents are published), you should join the interest group and turn on automatic notifications. To do so, you will need an EU Login account (if you do not already have one, you can create it here).

More information on how to turn on the automatic notifications is available in the CIRCABC Help section.

Documents are stored in the library folders with a title containing the publication date. New/updated documents are listed first.
